Personal data processing and use

In accordance with the applicable law on personal data protection (further on referred to as ZVOP-1) the data manager is allowed to process personal data if an individual gives their consent. Personal consent is a voluntary statement of an individual that their personal data can be processed for a certain intent. Using the webpage mipot-woodenurns.com, the voluntary statement of an individual is considered to be given through actions taken during the website browsing, for example newsletter subscription, or any other ways of expressing consent, using or ordering   mipot-woodenurns.com   service (by phone, by mail, online, …). Written, oral or any other form of consent will be considered as personal consent.

The manager reserves the right to process the data also for the purpose of statistic processing, customer segmentation, processing past shopping behaviour, sending offers, promotional materials and event invitations as well as resolving orders and reclamations by phone, by mail or online, and other communication, such as: notifications on possible prize winning, current offers, … The manager will also use the gathered personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of services, products and other activities related to mipot-woodenurns.com  

Direct marketing means the use of an individual’s personal data for the purpose of offering goods, service, event invitations, employment options, … either by e-mail, phone or the post.

Newsletter subscription

All users have the option to subscribe to our newsletter, where we keep them posted on our current offers and new products. Subscription is completely voluntary and is not conditioned to demand or sending us a message through the contact form. Subscription confirmation is performed by the user confirming the return e-mail after subscribing. That way it is ensured that the account user is the actual subscriber. The user can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Subscription is only possible through a web form or on demand.

Anonymity of users and personal data

For the purpose of analysis and determining the website’s operation, server log files are being recorded. These do not cover any personal data.

The user’s right to request termination of personal data use

Website users can at any time request the website manager to forward the personal data being kept about the user in Mipot.si data base. The user also has the right to demand all such data be deleted. Your demand can be sent through e-mail address sale@mipot.si  The data will be deleted in the statutory deadline.
